This season I want to talk about our GLUTES.πŸ‘

Our glutes are our biggest muscle group but for a lot of us, they are often our weakest (& most lazy muscle). The glutes don't really get the credit they deserve. They are responsible for keeping our lower half upright, helping us walk & move, keeping our back strong & stable & work in conjunction with our core & pelvic floor. They allow the hips to rotate effectively & have a direct link to leg, back & core health. They are so important & can easily get overlooked.

Strengthening our glutes doesn't mean doing 50 squats a day. We need to strengthen our gluteus maximus, gluteus medius & gluteus minimus, as well as our piriformis. πŸ‘πŸ’ͺ🏽 A variety of glutes activation, strength building & mobility exercises help deepen our glute connection.

This year the focus has been to really ramp up sessions, helping you progress. No matter your level, YOUR progression matters. There are rehab sessions, beginner sessions & sessions for those who want more of a challenge, as well as everything in between.πŸ’ͺ🏽 Those who have been joining sessions live will notice we have had an increase in intensity particularly with our glutes.πŸ‘ Check out the 'weekly top picks' & 'latest session' videos for our newest videos.
